vbdos.bi DOS interrupt compatibility header
Compatibility declarations for older Visual Basic for DOS and QB-style interrupt code.
The header defines the 16-bit register records RegType and RegTypeX and maps INTERRUPT and INTERRUPTX onto the FreeBASIC DOS runtime. RegTypeX adds the ds and es segment registers to the common general-register and flags fields.
This interface is only available when compiling for __FB_DOS__. Including it for another target is an error. It is intended to make existing VBDOS and QB sources easier to port; new code should prefer a typed library or operating-system interface when one exists. Callers remain responsible for using a valid interrupt number, initializing every input register consumed by the interrupt, and checking the returned flags and registers.
